Tarana Tech is expanding, and we are looking for a high-performing ERP Sales Executive to join our growing team.
If you are passionate about B2B sales, digital solutions, and ERP systems, and you enjoy working with decision-makers, this role is for you.
Your Role
You will manage the full sales cycle for ERP (Odoo) solutions, from lead generation to deal closure, while working closely with technical and implementation teams to deliver real business value.
What You Will Do
- Generate and qualify B2B leads for ERP solutions
- Conduct professional discovery meetings with clients
- Manage opportunities through the sales pipeline until closure
- Coordinate product demos, proposals, and negotiations
- Maintain accurate CRM records and forecasts
- Build strong relationships with business and IT decision-makers
What We Are Looking For
- 2–5 years of B2B software / ERP / SaaS sales experience
- Proven ability to close deals
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in the Saudi market (mandatory)
- Ability to conduct structured discovery calls
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- Arabic fluency and good English communication
Technical Awareness
- Basic understanding of server environments and cloud hosting
- Awareness of ERP deployment models and infrastructure considerations
Nice to Have
- Experience with ERP, Accounting, HR, or Business Management systems
- Knowledge of Odoo or similar ERP platforms
- Existing network within SMEs or enterprise sector in KSA
